A) Project Description :
1- Hospital consists of 8 floor of area 3000m2 per floor, 400 beds, 12 operation rooms and 40
external clinic
B) Scope Of Work :
1- All electrical Works : panels, cables, lighting works, sockets works
2- All Light Current works : Fire alarm, sound
system, CCTV system, MATV, and audio visual system works
3- Fire Fighting Systems: Sprinklers, fire pipes,
zone control and FM200 systems works
4- All HVAC works : Fan coils units, duct works, chilled water pipes, control system and insulation
5- All plumping works : Drainage and water pipes, plumbing fixtures, and floor drains
